ABA Solutions, Inc. in Lutz, FL is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings.

You will implement plans created by supervising BCBAs, while collecting accurate progress data and supporting skill development across environments. Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and school staff.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect and document real-time data on client progress and outcomes.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction across environments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Apply trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session.
