Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children at home under supervision, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills.

You will collect session data, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates. Part-time, afternoons/evenings with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work after-school hours/weekends.

About the Role
