Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes across New Jersey. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

Role involves data collection during sessions, collaboration with the BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families with progress updates and strategies. Part-time, with afternoons and weekends often available.

Competenze

• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in NJ.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
