Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-clinic and in-home ABA services across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and nearby areas.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement therapy plans under a BCBA, track progress, and communicate updates to families. Travel to client homes is required, and training is provided with supervision to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred or required.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• In-clinic and in-home 1:1 ABA sessions with children.
• Implement individualized therapy plans under supervision.
• Track progress and communicate updates to families and supervising BCBA.
• Attend training and ongoing supervision to grow professionally.
