The Treetop ABA Therapy in Phoenix is seeking In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll implement individualized therapy plans, track progress, and communicate with families to celebrate breakthroughs and share updates.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences under supervision.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and keep families updated on child progress.
• Assist BCBA and contribute to treatment planning.
