Job summary

The Treetop, an In-Home and Clinic ABA therapy provider in North Carolina, is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children. You will work under BCBA supervision in home or clinic settings, focusing on communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
