Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings in North Carolina. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• TRICARE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
