Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings.

You will work with a BCBA supervisor, collect data using Rethink software, and document progress while communicating with analysts and coordinators to ensure timely reporting. This role offers opportunity for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
