Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision. You will work in home and community settings, collecting data and reporting progress to behavior analysts and coordinators.

Responsibilities include data collection with Rethink software, maintaining progress notes, and collaborating with the team to ensure effective client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliverABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions with Rethink.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
