Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support clients’ goals, and collaborate with a clinical team in clients' homes or community settings.

We offer same-day pay, flexible hours, and paid training for those committed to a 6-month term. Part-time positions are available to accommodate your schedule and professional growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skills and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support client progress.
