Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in their homes or community settings in Council Bluffs, IA. No experience? Paid training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive clinical team with opportunities for advancement.

RBT certification required before working; strong empathy and patience are essential. Flexible schedule offered. Same Day Pay available and a commitment of 6 months is encouraged to help families reach goals

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
