Job summary

Heartland ABA in Council Bluffs, IA seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. Same Day Pay and flexible part-time shifts to fit your schedule. 6-month commitment encouraged to help transform lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
