Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, collecting session data, and collaborating with a clinical team to implement care plans. No experience? Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
