Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Northlake, TX. You will work one-on-one with young children using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans and collecting simple data to track progress.

The role requires an active RBT certification, being at least 18 years old, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturday coverage based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
