Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data, while collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
