Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to support families served.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress. Travel locally and engage with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Able to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
