Job summary

A compassionate autism therapy provider in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking an entry-level or experienced RBT to join its dedicated team. Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT is great but not required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor.
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update intervention plans.
• Support the creation of an inclusive clinic culture.

Skills
