Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities in a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
