Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby clinic if needed.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focusing on child growth and success.
• Observe and document progress and report to supervisors.
