Job summary

Ahead ABA is hiring an RBT for an in-home case in Rockville, MD. The client is a 13-year-old, and the role requires de-escalation training and hands-on experience. Work will follow a part-time schedule with evenings on weekdays and Saturday shifts.

Pay ranges from $29 to $33 per hour based on experience. A BCBA provides support, and you’ll work with one family to build a strong, trusting relationship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• De-escalation training required.
• Some experience working with kids or teens.
• Reliable transportation to client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home RBT services for a 13-year-old client.
• Stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations.
• Coordinate with the BCBA for guidance and supervision.
• Meet the schedule: weekdays 4 pm–7 pm and Saturdays 12 pm–5 pm.
