Job summary

Heartland ABA in Harrisonville, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The positions start part-time with a six-month commitment and offer competitive pay with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
