Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes within the Des Moines area. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, collecting session data during visits.

This part-time position offers flexibility, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within the growing ABA field. A Same Day Pay option is available to help with finances on the go.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
