Behavioral Family Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Miami-area team delivering ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision and participate in client-specific treatment plans, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include traveling to multiple locations, maintaining progress notes, and communicating with BCBA and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Board Certified by the BACB with the RBT credential.
• High School diploma with 1+ years direct service experience.
• Certifications in in-services related to mental health or developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, onsite or community settings.
• Drive to multiple locations daily.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Communicate with BCBA and caregivers regularly.
• Uphold BACB ethical guidelines.
