Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and flexible scheduling with a quarterly bonus. The position provides opportunities for advancement to BCBA with our support, travel to client sites, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
