You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, engage children 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, and track progress with data collection.

The role emphasizes hands-on mentorship, professional development, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement and travel to sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
