Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles across Massachusetts, with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The role involves 1:1 work with children in home, school or community settings, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and recording progress data.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT certification.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
