Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in home, school, or community settings on a part‑time basis with a path to full‑time as caseloads grow.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a competitive pay scale with annual raises, and a quarterly bonus. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
