Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in Fort Scott, Kansas. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

We offer paid training, certification assistance, flexible schedules, and generous PTO. Prior ABA experience is a plus; RBT certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
