Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your career while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
