Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500, holiday pay, growth toward BCBA, university partnerships, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; relevant bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams, attend team meetings.
