Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in homes or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, follow approved care plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours with flexibility, opportunities for professional advancement, and the chance to gain supervised hours for BCBA pathways. Training is provided and emphasis is on compassionate, patient care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
