Job summary

Heartland ABA in Grain Valley, MO is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time positions with flexible hours and same-day pay options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using tablet or paper forms.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to support goals.
