Heartland ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Missouri. We offer paid training to help eligible candidates earn the RBT certification before starting services, with support from a strong clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification before providing services; training provided to earn the certification.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
