Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification required before working
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
• Must be able to provide services in clients' homes or community locations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
