Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We welcome enthusiastic and devoted RBTs to contribute your expertise to help clients achieve their unique goals.

We offer same-day pay, part-time opportunities, paid training, and a supportive clinical team. Services are provided in clients' homes or community locations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
