Heartland ABA in Springfield, OH is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing ABA team. You’ll provide one-on-one services, implement skill-building plans, and support clients in reaching independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence.
• Ability to accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
