Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with Autism in West Des Moines. You'll provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and contribute to individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.

• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
