Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Ohio. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers the flexibility to set your schedule, with same-day pay and pathways for advancement within a growing ABA practice. Paid training is provided for new hires, and you’ll collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
