Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Colorado. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community-based settings, implementing skill-building plans under supervision.

A high school diploma, a willingness to learn, and RBT certification are required; paid training is provided and you can start part-time with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
