Heartland ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support clients in achieving goals through evidence-based ABA services. This part-time role offers flexibility, immediate pay features, and opportunities for professional growth in the ABA field.

You will work in clients' homes or community settings, recording data and collaborating with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and foster positive behavior change for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
