Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans and documenting progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and document progress.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate records.
