Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support behavioral health services for children with ASD and developmental disabilities in Maryland. The role focuses on applying ABA techniques, supporting care plans, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Experience with data collection and record keeping is necessary.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain progress documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
