Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and contribute to goals with a supportive clinical team.

We offer same-day pay, paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to pursue BCBA schooling programs. A high school diploma is required and RBT certification must be completed before working; prior experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• No experience? Paid training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
