Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth, and hands-on training to support ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Required RBT certification
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
