Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; includes growth, travel locally, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy with children.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
