House of Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes and schools, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules.

You will follow treatment plans developed by BCBA mentors, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to help children thrive and reach their goals. We offer incentives, growth, and a warm, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and ability to obtain it with guidance.
• Love for working with children.
• Positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation and good vibes.
• Willingness to learn and grow with heart.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Track progress using easy-to-use systems (we’ll train you!).
• Work hand-in-hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
