Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one support to children with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Use ABA strategies to support behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Observe, track, and document client progress.
• Communicate and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the therapy team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
