Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or a related field desired.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Ability to engage with clients

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred
