Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in Browns Mills/NJ home settings. Earn a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus while supporting learners with ABA under supervision from BCBAs.

Qualifications

RBT credential with active BACB status.
Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.

Provide RBT services in clients' homes per BACB guidelines and supervise plan execution to support learners’ progress.
