Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes across New Jersey, including the Mahwah area. The role offers a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, with competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour and biweekly pay based on experience and availability.

Qualifications

• RBT credential with active BACB status is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes within NJ is required.
• Be willing to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with learners.
• Must demonstrate empathy and intentionality in interactions with learners, caregivers and supervision team.
